Safety Feature
|
| Q : |
Why is there such a 'safety feature' implemented? |
| A : |
This safety net is as-a-rule incorporated into the Commission Plans of many Companies as P.V (Point Value), i.e. which is why there are both P.V and B.V (Bonus Value) in them. They use the P.V as their safety feature to adjust commissions as and when there is an over-payment situation. Most long term oriented Companies need this safety feature incorporated into their Commission Plan so as to ensure that their Company remains stable and profitable in the long run. As the Development Bonus is one of those commissions which is paid on an infinity level for every Independent Distributor, irrespective whether he/she develops the business, and on an as-long-as they maintain basis, it is very clear that the Company would eventually run into trouble if the were no safety features incorporated into its commission plan. |
Maximum 20% Payout System
|
| Q : |
What does 'Maximum 20% Payout System' means in Development Bonus? |
| A : |
This is a safety feature is incorporated into the Commission Plan which means, in the event of Development Bonus payout exceeds 20% of the total BV, the bonus calculation will then be based on a point system. However, do know that this is only applicable for Development Bonus. |
Commission Withdrawals
|
| Q : |
Why hasn't my bank account been credited with my commission withdrawals? |
| A : |
The company practices a batch transfer system for which the cut off time is 12pm, every Wednesdays. You most probably had made a withdrawal after 12pm for this Wednesday's batch transfer, therefore your commission will be processed on the following Wednesday batch transfer. For those of you who don't maintain an account with Maybank Berhad, you also have to consider your bank's cheque clearing policy for local and outstation cheques. Generally, house cheques do not go through the clearing process. As such, you will receive your money the next day. However, the time taken may vary from bank to bank depending on the duration required to verify the particulars of payment. Local and outstation cheques however, need to go through the clearing process and the time required for your cheque to be cleared would depend on the location of the branches. Generally, local cheques would be cleared within 2-3 working days. The clearing period for outstation cheques may take 3-8 working days. However, you are advised to check with your bank as to the actual date the funds will be available. |
