Income Plan



The Nutrishine Income Plan is based on the philosophy of Selling, Sponsoring and Servicing. There are five types of incentives you stand to receive from this Income Plan:

*Maximum 20% Payout System. (Refer to Development Bonus).


1. RETAIL PROFIT - 20-25% Profit from the Discounted Distributor Price.

This is the difference between the prices you pay for products you purchase from Nutrishine or its authorized resellers, and the price at which you resell the products to your retail customers.

All Distributors are entitled to purchase products at Distributor Price (DP). Nutrishine suggests that you supply products to your retail customers at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).


2. PERSONAL SALES BONUS (with dynamic compression) - 15% Commission on total BVs of products sold. (Calculated Monthly, Paid Monthly. Based on Optional Assignment Tree.)

A Distributor will earn the following from Personal Sales depending on the amount of BV he/she produces in a month.


Dynamic Compression allows a Distributor to earn a further 5 - 10% of their entire network up to the level of the next 15% Personal Sales Bonus Qualifi er. If the next Personal Sales Bonus Qualifier is 5% you will earn the differential of 10% on his Personal Sales and/or if the next Personal Sales Bonus Qualifier is 10% you will earn the differential of 5% on his Personal Sales.

Minimum Requirements:
- Monthly Personal Sales of 190 BV.

3. DEVELOPMENT BONUS* - 20% Commission on Total Development Group BVs (Calculated Daily, Paid Weekly. Based on Optional Assignment Tree).

Development Bonus is the bonus earned on the Group of a Distributor’s organization that has the Smaller volume of sales. This Group is called the Development Group. A Distributor will earn 20% of the Development Group’s BVs.(Maximum Daily Group BV=11,400) This figure is computed daily, Monday to Sunday and added to a Distributor’s Bonus Wallet. Development Bonus is calculated in steps of 570BV.

Minimum Requirements:
- Personally Sponsor 2 or more Direct Distributors.
- Maintain Personal Sales of 190 BVs Monthly.
- => 570 BV in Development Group.

Basic Formula:

* Maximum 20% Payout System
This safety feature is incorporated into the Commission Plan. i.e. in the event of Development Bonus payout exceeds 20% of the total BV, the bonus calculation will then be based on a point system.



4. LEADERSHIP BONUS - 28% commission on Personally Sponsored Distributor’s Development Bonus (Calculated Weekly, Paid Weekly. Based on Sponsor Tree).

A Distributor will earn 28% of their Personally Sponsored Distributor’s (PSD) Development Bonus.

Minimum Requirements:
- Personally Sponsored 6 Distributors who are individually selling up to or more than 190BV/Month
- Maintain Personal Sales of 190BVs Monthly.

5. EAGLE BONUS - 5% Commission on Total Monthly BV of Company on Share Basis. (Calculated Monthly, Paid Monthly. Based on Total Company Monthly BV).

5% of Total Monthly BV volume is allocated for Gold Eagle, Diamond Eagle, Double Diamond Eagle, Triple Diamond Eagle and Crown Eagle Distributors on a share basis as follows:


Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Monthly Group Sales.
Gold Eagle - every 5,700 BV from Development Group = 1 Share
Diamond Eagle - every 28,500 BV from Development Group = 1 Share
Double Diamond Eagle - every 85,500 BV from Development Group = 1 Share
Triple Diamond Eagle - every 171,000 BV from Development Group = 1 Share
Crown Eagle - every 342,000 BV from Development Group = 1 Share
- Maintain Pin Levels Personal Sales.

* Pin Levels are permanent upon qualification. Income Levels are dependent on sales volume.
